Privacy notice

This notice explains what Platform Outbound does with the details you share through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We do not collect anything else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question or preparing the Buyer Map you asked for. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same subject, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people at Platform Outbound who handle your request can see them, along with the service that hosts this site and receives the form on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to alice.cook@platformoutbound.co, or use the contact form, and we will act on it promptly. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us.
