Outbound and authority for platform software
Platform Outbound puts established platform companies back in the answer.
Your next buyer will not start with a search page or a booth. They will ask an AI assistant which platforms are worth a look, and read the short list it gives back. If your company is missing from that answer, the evaluation began without you. We build the channels that put you in it, run them until they bring real conversations, and then hand them over.
The quiet problem
Good companies are hard to see from the outside.
Most platform companies we talk to were built on a network. Partners refer them. Old colleagues call them. The trade show floor fills the calendar for a season. That works, and it has paid for everything.
A network has an edge, though. Past it are buyers who have never met you, never walked your aisle and never heard your name at a dinner. Those buyers now do their first round of homework by asking a machine. The machine answers from what the open web says about you, and for many very good companies it says almost nothing.
So the problem is rarely the product. It is that the people who should be evaluating you cannot find a reason to.
Where buyers come from
There are four doors. Most companies keep one open.
Every buyer who does not know you yet arrives through one of four routes. When we read a company, we usually find a single door propped open and the rest shut, often by habit rather than by choice.
Referrals
Warm, trusted and impossible to scale on purpose. It grows only as fast as your network does.
Outbound
Reaching the right people directly, with something worth reading. The door most firms fear, because they have only seen it done badly.
Content
The writing, video and answers that let a stranger understand you, and let an assistant cite you.
Paid
Useful once the other doors are working. A poor substitute for them when they are not.
What we do
We open the doors you never turned on, and we stay until people walk through.
Outbound sits at the center of our work. Every message we send on your behalf is researched and written for one real person, about their situation, and read by a human on our side before it leaves. We only reach people where there is a fair reason to. Nothing about it is spray and pray.
Around that core we build the authority a buyer looks for once they are curious: a site that answers their actual questions, earned press, short video, and the search work that helps assistants find you, understand you and name you when someone asks for a shortlist.
We design it, staff it and run it ourselves, measured against a baseline we agree with you before anything starts.
Then it is yours
We hand the whole thing over.
Once the channels are producing pipeline, we step back and you keep everything we built: the playbook, the research and data, the message sequences, and your own people trained to run it. We are not trying to become a line item you can never remove. A good engine should outlive the people who built it.
Start here
Ask for your Buyer Map.
It is a short, written read of your company from the outside. Which channels you run, which sit idle, how you show up when a buyer asks an assistant about your category, and where an engine would fit. It is free. There is no deck and no obligation, and you are welcome to act on it without us.
